Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at PowerByFowler@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PARTS WARRANTY

All parts sold by Symphony Race Engines is intended for RACING PURPOSES ONLY! If you have a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer. Custom made parts and components designed for race applications and/or off-road competition do not have a warranty due to the type of use. We will work with you to help solve your warranty claim according to the manufacturer’s policies and solely at their discretion. For a warranty claim, most manufacturers only pay for product replacement or product repair. Any additional costs, such as shipping, installation, removal, loss of use of vehicle or engine, etc. are not covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Purchaser acknowledges that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which parts and equipment are installed and used that suitability of the items purchased rest solely on the purchaser.

ENGINE GUARANTEE

Engines built and sold by Symphony Race Engines are for RACING PURPOSES ONLY, for engines used in race and/or off-road competition. There is No warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stresses placed on racing parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Symphony Race Engines will not be held liable for any failure or damage caused directly or indirectly from use of these products or engine. We do guarantee craftsmanship on all products. Every assembled engine is balanced and machined in house. Please contact us to let us know of any concerns before final assembly or break-in. The purchaser of our product assumes responsibility for final installation. Please make sure all components chosen are compatible.

TUNING

Any tuning to a EFI or non EFI engine by Symphony Race Engines through our products or services should be race/road-worthy and in good working condition before any work is to begin and have been examined by the customer or a professional to ensure that the vehicle will be able to tolerate the additional power and performance provided by the products or services that you are purchasing. Symphony Race Engines will not be liable for any damage either observed or unforeseen damage that may happen to the vehicle. Symphony Race Engines does not cover the intellectual property and proprietary information associated with any Product, including but not limited to software and firmware, regardless of form or medium, together with any improvements, modifications, derivative works, updates, or upgrades. Symphony Race Engines offers tuning services and any tuning services that are not completed by Symphony Race Engines cannot and will not be covered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that Symphony Race Engines will be able to modify any tuning software not provided by Symphony Race Engines to ensure compatibility, however if the system is locked we cannot and will not cover any system failures, mishaps, or capabilities of the system that may or may not work.

Other Information

It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of the product to ensure that it is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If a product was purchased in error, do not install and/or use it. Symphony Race Engines disclaims all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances shall Symphony Race Engines be liable for any incidental, indirect, specific, or consequential damages arising from purchaser's use of the product.

PLEASE NOTE

All returned products must be shipped back to Symphony Race Engines at the buyer's expense. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition and packaging.
